Drew Graham of Varvid caught up with Neil Jones of Live Virtual Help Desk at CompTIA Breakaway 2010. Neil is very pleased with his company’s recent deal with Qwest, and discusses the social media knowledge and expertise he’s gained from working with Stuart Crawford at Ulistic. Live Virtual Help Desk provides an offsite help desk service for MSPs.
